THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

the rules are basic. sign up and make sure to change your name to all lowercase lettering. the site is a no word count site, so don't worry about that. we made it really easy for you. just don't roleplay any one liners. that's all i ask. that is unless you're doing an IM thread. ok ok i'll stop being a smartass now. you can have as many characters as you please. the admins want to see all of your accounts active if you have more than one. sign in on all accounts at least every four days, and at least one every two. it makes us happy. no activity makes us supah-sad. and we don't want to have to force you all to do the one male every two female rule, so make an even ratio, please. anyway, do not post anything for your character before being accepted. i think that makes sense. it's basically manners. and there's a possibility that your application is denied, or ends up having something wrong with it. just don't do it... applications will be left pending for up to a week. we won't leave it there any longer than that. it will go right to the archives and it will be locked. that's when you'll have to pm an admin to ask them to move it back for you. please take a look at our census and try to keep them as equal as possible. graphics--they're mandatory. even if you just have a avatar and signature. you can have one or the other. or both. at least have what the character looks like. it makes your profile look more active and pretty.; ) try not to stretch the board. it makes everything look distorted and .. well, not pretty. you can find all image dimensions for applications in the template. you have two avatar photos, the first has to be 220x350, the other is 220x150. you can edit them under your 'personal' section in your profile. if you can't make your own graphics, we have a request board and you can even ask an admin for you. that's all we have to say for the rules.

some things you should know, is that this board is only PG-13 (hopefully we all know about the proboards' new rules; the ones i despise but must follow unless you want to get deleted). also, before doing anything big to your character--like a death or a pregnancy--ask an admin first, please! last but not least, RESPECT EVERYONE. it gets you places! otherwise, admins will NOT tolerate disrespect.

i would also like to thank all of the lovely individuals who did the coding for the templates i used, as well as the site. it would have taken me so much longer to launch the site and honestly i couldn't have done half the job you guys did. thank you. i hope everyone has the opportunity to enjoy roll playing here! and please check out the LONGTERM PLOT that i have for the general plot.
